Maliasili is a non-profit that supports local conservation organisations in Africa. Their latest report, “Rooting for Change: Strengthening Local-Global Partnerships in African Conservation,” documents the experiences of African conservation and natural resource CSOs with international partnerships.

This means recognising and valuing the contributions of local communities and organisations, and ensuring that they have a meaningful say in the design and implementation of conservation initiatives.
We are proud to support Maliasili and their cohort of partners through the African Marine Leadership Programme and look forward to further collaborations.
